​Headline: Unprofessional, ableist, and unsafe behavior from management ​I had a deeply upsetting experience at this hotel. Before booking, we were given incorrect information regarding the stairs. This was a critical point for us as my wife suffers from a knee condition and cannot navigate many steps. ​When we arrived and confronted the owner about the misinformation, he became incredibly rude and arrogant. Instead of offering a solution or an apology, he grew hostile and ultimately refused to honor our booking. At 1:00 AM, he forced us to leave, leaving us stranded in the middle of the night searching for alternative accommodation. The lack of basic empathy and professional integrity here is shocking. Avoid this place if you value your safety and expect basic respect.

Everything was hygienic and clean, the owner and the staff are all great
