Lovely 2-bedrooms with free parking

I had to ask twice for entry information. Eventually given entry info for flat 22. The main door to the block was not locked (by security code). It was two double rooms not double and twin as I had booked. Someone tried to break in whilst we stayed there Saturday night around 8/9pm. They tried the door and knew the key safe code, opened it looking for key. I spoke to the owner. They said that they have two apartments in the block, and she was not sure which one she had not given me details to. So gave the second guests the key safe codes to both flat 4 and flat 22 and asked them to try them to see if anyone was home. I said she should have called me. We were there with a child and it was very unnerving. She assured me there were security cameras, there were but does not mean they were working. And the fact the main door was not secure, we thought some was trying to get in to sleep there (until owner explained her mistake). I suspect she had put us in the wrong flat as the other one it appears does have double/twin looking at your booking site. The owner did apologise on the phone. But this is simply not acceptable. Spoke by telephone to Booking customer service, agent agreed this was not acceptable and asked me to leave it with her and she would manage from here. Had reply back by message, Booking said nothing they can do, speak to owner or leave a review.
