We stayed at this Airbnb in Santiago de Compostela for over a week, and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment is completely brand new. New kitchen, new appliances, new refrigerator and it was very convenient to be able to cook all our meals and do laundry whenever needed. The place looks very clean because everything is new, but in terms of actual cleanliness, it could definitely be improved. When we moved the bed to wash the sheets mid-stay, there were so many hair and dust balls underneath that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We also noticed visible lint and dust inside some of the drawers when we opened them. The kitchen uppet cabinets were very dirty. The unit is all white and modern, but a deeper, more detailed cleaning would make a big difference. There were also some electrical issues. If we used the provided fan and light in the living room at the same time, the circuit breaker would trip for the entire unit. We actually had to move the light to the other side of the living room so that we xould have both fan and light running simultaneously. The same thing happened in the bathroom when using a hairdryer and a flat iron (both were European appliances, so it wasn’t an adapter issue). The apartment shows signs of past water damage. There is visible mold in the entryway and under the radiator near the kitchen, along with some warped and lifting vinyl flooring in the foyer, in front of the bathroom and living room. A few floorboards were loose, and there were unfinished areas in the living room floor that allowed cold air to come through. The radiators only provided heat from midday until about 1:00 a.m., so the apartment became quite cold in the early morning hours.

La distribución, cómodo, moderno, bien iluminado, temperatura siempre confortable, sin ruidos, ubicación excelente.

Nivel de limpieza bueno pero mejorable en algunos aspectos.

O alojamento está muito bem requalificação (tudo moderno e eficaz) e muito limpo. A zona é muito boa, com um supermercado Carrefour mesmo à porta (entre outros nas redondezas, incluindo padarias) e a 10 minutos a pé da Catedral.

A falta de blackouts nas janelas.
