Parking gratuito. Ojo, pero para coche grande, un poco justo. Me gustó que era totalmente exterior.
La cisterna del wc solo funciona una vez cada 15-20 min. No puedes tirar dos veces seguidas. Tarda en llenarse de una a otra ese tiempo aprox. También le haría falta poner unas tapas a las sillas del comedor. El hecho de arrastrarlas para poder luego sentarse, o acercarse a la mesa para comer, el ruido en brutal. El vecino de abajo tiene que estar harto del ruido.
