Great location, good sized apt, huge floor to ceiling window, good showers, comfortable beds. As a retired hotelier, the beds and bathrooms are most important and they are good, clean and modern.

My gripes about the property may seem trivial but they caused annoyance. The windows are huge, floor to ceiling in every room. Lovely, but the curtains are the most shambolic, annoying, broken window coverings I have ever seen. To cover the windows they have pulley systems, but they are all broken! So you spend the evening dragging limp pieces of material to try and stop up gaps where the exterior lighting gets in. Secondly, the TV did not work. I replaced the batteries in the remote, still not working. Contacted the agency handling the property who said an engineer would arrive. He didn’t. I contacted them again, they said he was too busy. Finally, in the double bedroom you can’t access the wardrobe. A bit hard to explain but the bed is rammed hard against the doors and can’t be used. The owner, Sr., Manuel contacted me after the stay and asked for my opinion. I told him the above. He then asked me for a review. The agency may be the problem.

La ubicación es extraordinaria.

Lamentablemente estaba algo sucio. Conseguimos las toallas mojadas. Y pelo de perro en el sofá. La empresa respondió amablemente y envío una limpiadora. Aún que las toallas no las cambiaron.

L' odeur des égaux est très intense, j'ai dû dormir avec un masque. Le four est hors service et son câble est coupé

Excellent location

The building next door was under construction. Since we were staying during the week, the works started quite early and were very noisy. But considering we only stayed for one night, it was manageable

La ubicación

Nos encantó la ubicación…

Las cortinas están rotas y el agua en la ducha no salía caliente…. Por otro lado el tema ruidos…. Parecía que teníamos a la gente cantando en el apartamento se oye todo.

Lo céntrico que estaba y el fácil acceso tanto para aparcar como para entrar al apartamento. Y la facilidad a la hora de la llegada.

Que le faltaría un poco mas de limpieza, había bastante polvo y sobre todo debajo de las camas.
