Unfortunately Paula had a flood so had to cancel my booking. Booking.com have no customer support all they say we will get back to you in 24 hours and I am still waiting since last Wednesday. As a customer Booking.com offered no help to find alternative. Booking.com are finding excuses not to give me a refund.
