It was amazing the staff so friendly

There was nothing not to like

The staff was so extremely friendly and helpful, way above any expectations I could have. They organized all transport and activities for me, with a lot of patience. Also really good English skills. The pool is amazing, the biggest I experienced during my Vietnam trip. The whole grounds are so pretty, also many flowers. The restaurant is also big and beautiful, by the river and the food and beverages are tasty and well priced. I had a basic bungalow but the AC worked perfectly, also fridge and shower. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone! (I believe they own various properties, also higher class if you wanted that.)

The carpet in the bungalow could better be replaced. Maybe don't use carpet but another material that can be cleaned easily.

Really nice location next to the river, a very nice pool with a garden around it (it feels like being in nature and not in a pool) and a very good restaurant with a big variety of dishes.

It is located in a really good place by the river. The place is really awesome.

Air conditioner supply cold air directly on the bed. Can cause flu.

It was quite difficult to find my cabin in the dark!

Good location and wonderfully room. Big shower and we got even an free upgrade. We loved the bed and the balcony. Very cute.

The light in front of the room stayed on all night so it was always light in our room. And we told the staff that the waterline is making noise. They said it will not be there in the night but it was the hole night threw so our sleep was not the best. If this wasn’t… we would give 10 Stars
