Pluspunten: Mooi groot huis met zwembad, is van alle gemakken voorzien. Maar heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Elke dag werd het zwembad gecontroleerd.

Minpunten: Slechte communicatie naar de gasten toe. Overeengekomen dat we de koffers om 13.00 uur mochten afleveren/ droppen bij het huis. Zodat we zonder koffers nog tot 16.00 uur even ergens anders konden vertoeven. Om 13.00 uur bleek er niemand aanwezig te zijn om de koffers in ontvangst te nemen. Na telefonisch contact kwam er uiteindelijk iemand om de koffers in te nemen Het huis was niet klaar om 16.00 uur Bij het uitchecken ook niemand gezien, die volgens afspraak er wel zou zijn. Het huis staat midden in een bouwput. Bouwvakkers de gehele week aan het werk incl weekend op niet al te grote afstand. Babybedmatras veelste dun. Buitendeur valt niet goed in het slot ,waardoor je de deur zo open duwt. Badkamer boven ,plafond veelste laag. Achterstallig onderhoud van het huis. Keukenkast deurtjes, bedieningspaneel wc zit los. Omheining /hekwerk zwembad los.

A beautful villa with wonderful views of the sea from the upstairs bedroom. The hosts/owner were super friendly and helpful. We were allowed to stay at the villa on the day of check out due to our late flight which was an added bonus.

The pool was very cold but was bearable as the weather got warmer. There was also a construction site nearby which became noisy at times but did not affect our stay.

tolle Lage, super sauberes und gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Schöne Außenanlage und auch der Ort ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein herrlicher Urlaub, der sicherlich wiederholt wird. danke Alex und seinem lieben Papa für alles!

I can honestly say this is the best place to stay. The staff were amazing — both those we met in person and those we only chatted with for arrangements since the day we booked. Everything was perfect: • Great location • Very clean and beautiful villa • There were also a few kind ladies we didn’t get to meet, but they were so helpful and nice in our chats. Anything you need, just ask Elkesh — he was really a great guy and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a weeks holiday at casa ferati villa. Can’t really sum up in a few sentences what a lovely holiday we have had here. The villa was just beautiful nothing negative to say at all. Photos don’t do it justice it was even more gorgeous than the pictures. I was blown away! It was immaculate everything we needed was provided. Reizi the manager was there to greet us and show us round he was really welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He organised taxis from and back to the airport. Found us a wonderful boat trip and was at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. I felt at home from the minute I arrived which is very unusual for me. The pool was amazing the location/views were stunning. It was really hot when we were there (38 degrees) but as the villa is very near the sea and elevated there was a lovely breeze. I cannot thank Reizi enough for the amazing holiday we have.We will 100 percent be returning as soon as we can. Perfect!!!!!!!! 👌

Wonderful location close to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. The house with sea views were stunning and the host was so friendly and helpful!
