"Good place for visit in Valencia"

Spacious apartment. Very friendly host which responsed quickly on our requirements (e.g. after information that coffe machine is broken it was replaced day after). Also close to port and beach where you can enjoy sun. Metro station also few minutes walking distance.

"Very comfortable stay!"

Very spacious and clean apartment. Great sunlight during the day. The enclosed balcony was a great bonus. Rooms are well laid out so there is privacy for everyone. Very tasteful and comfortable furniture. Large supermarket around the corner for all your needs. Steps away from the main marina port. Highly recommend!

There was some construction taking place during our stay, but workers were courteous and tried not to make noise all day.

"Ampio appartamento vicino al porto"

Appartamento ampio ed accogliente. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina completa di stoviglie, piatti, bicchieri e molti elettrodomestici. 2 bagni comodi di cui uno con doccia. A disposizione sapone, bagno schiuma, shampoo e balsamo. Posizione facilmente raggiungibile con autobus (fermata di fronte a casa). Supermercati e farmacia sotto casa. L'host ci ha gentilmente permesso di lasciare i bagagli qualche ora in casa dopo il check out.

Abbiamo avuto un problema all'arrivo perché c'era un guasto all'impianto elettrico quindi non è stato possibile fare il check-in a distanza come previsto ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare 50 minuti che l'host venisse ad aprirci. A causa della mancanza di elettricità la casa era fredda. Il giorno dopo ci sono stati portati altri radiatori elettrici e altre coperte.

Entrance/lift is a bit run down but don’t let this put you off the property itself is great.

"Fijne locatie buiten het centrum en dicht bij strand en supermarkt"

Schoon en ruim appartement met goede keuken voor 6 personen. Fijne bedden. Strand op loopafstand. Bus naar centrum (lijn 4) en supermarkt dichtbij. 2 toiletten. Arianne is als contactpersoon goed bereikbaar en reageert snel. Zeer behulpzaam en kan haar veel vragen. Tips, taxi, etc.

Het inpandige balkon is smal en warm. Niet geschikt voor een groep om op te relaxen. 1 douche is wat onhandig met 6 personen. Geen fietsenstalling.
