Nini met us with big smile and gave us all needed information , room was clean and comfortable with kitchen in it

The reception team were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and efficient, which made everything very easy from check-in to check-out. The apartment itself was well equipped, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Its location is excellent — in a quiet and safe area, yet still within easy walking distance to major sights. The added benefit of private parking was also very convenient. The street has a lovely atmosphere with nearby coffee shops and great restaurants, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

A few small details were missing, such as a tissue box in the bedroom and living room, and paper/tissue rolls in the kitchen. The apartment is also slightly compact, but still perfectly manageable for a short stay of a few days.

The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect. The room was also in good condition
