FLATZY - Lovely Sefton Park Retreat

Nice and quiet location.

The second bedroom door didn't open all the way as it hit the bed. A sliding door would give the room more space.

The property was a good size and very clean

Very nicely decorated and felt very cozy, parking was a bonus, as were the washing machine and tumble dryer for international travelers.

The shower head won't stay up, so you have to hold it in place when you have a shower and the oven was so dirty we decided not to use it. Just a couple of small details that need to be addressed to make staying there a lot more comfortable.

The location was great. It had everything you could need in an apartment.

The overall cleanliness, the rug in the living area was dirty with marks all over it, towels had bleach marks on them, pillows were as flat as pancakes. Just felt like the whole apartment needed a deep clean, which is a shame because it had everything you could need to stay there, and they were thoughtful leaving some snacks for guests...Nice added touch for people staying. On the second day, scaffolding went up right outside our bedroom window to works to take place which would be fine, and understand these things happen, however some notice would have been nice to paying guests.

Clean, a lot of space, bus stations near, shops and restaurants 10-15min. Good communication. Great breakfast from owner.

Apartment on first floor with bedroom to the street. What a loud gate system! Gate is mounted on the wall of bedroom so every time car goes through it was so loud I thought whole house is going to fall, not the best when u want u to sleep.
