* Connected to the mall. * Supermarket nearby. * Spacious room size. * Comfortable pillows.

* Very slow check-in; the room was not ready upon arrival. * Room cleanliness was below expectations despite the wait. * Significant delay in luggage delivery. * Water leaked through the window during rain. * Damaged metal strip created a safety hazard and tore my husband’s shoe. * Several maintenance and finishing issues throughout the room. * The room layout was not practical due to a large column occupying valuable space.

The Location

The main issue was the shower. The water temperature kept changing unexpectedly from cold to very hot without any adjustment on my part. In addition, many of the room fixtures, such as the hangers and sink, were installed quite high and seemed more suitable for very tall guests.

اختلاف الصور عن الواقع لان الموضح اطلاله واضحة جدا على البحر ودورات الميتة جدا نظيفة ورائعة لكن في الصور وجود بانيو كبير والواقع لايوجد
