It's a safe place that offers basic comforts. Clean. Nice and friendly host. Comfortable bed. Ideal for solo travelers exploring the city. Nice location and neighborhood, with eateries, grocery stores, etc. It gives you a homely feel. I felt very alone and peaceful. The street sounds do not reach you much. There's a friendly and nice cat who will keep you company.

It's an old house with its inherent problems. Moldy a bit, and plaster coming off and all. The biggest drawback is the lack of access to the kitchen or fridge. You cannot make tea or coffee or save leftovers. That means you spend more money on food and waste a lot. I was struggling from a stomach bug, and an occasional tea would have done a world of good. Having traveled a bit in Latin America, this is the first hostel/homestay where I couldn't access a stove, kettle, or a fridge. No wall hooks or dresser in the room, means your clean or sweaty clothes have no place to rest. Wall racks are there but with many show pieces/art, means you cannot keep things on it.

Patricia is a superb host, living and chatting with her makes me feel like home. She is super helpful, open to sharing any suggestions on visiting and her life. The neighborhood is great, and the decors in the rooms are amazing. Definitely will return!

Lovely place in an Interesting neighbourhood with a very friendly host. Cute Remedios Varo print in the room.

It was really staying in the owner's house that she has been living for 30 years. She is also living here. I don't feel any inconveniences. The location was really good. Walking distance to a nice park where a lot of people are working out. Also a lot of cafe nearby. Metrobus station is also just 6min walk away.

The second night ran out of gas so no hot shower a bit bothering but the owner took care of it immediately the next day.

Patricia was so lovely and the room was sweet and cosy! Would definately come again. Wonderful area, thank you!
