Casa Oliva - Puglia Home Experience

Casa Oliva is a wonderful appartment with a fantastic host. The furnishings are brandnew, the entire appartment has been decorated tastefully and thoughtfully. It has a fantastic layout and fits 4 people easily. We've travelled as a group of 3 and had ample space. The appartment has been furnished with a wonderful eye for detail, the kitchen is really well equipped. There are enough of new and good qualitly pots and pans, plenty of crockery and cutlery and even such things as clingfilm, scissors, adapters for plugs and charging cables, sugar, olive oil & vinegar and much more. We felt so comfortable and well looked after. The entire appartment is very clean, there's hot water whenever you need it, heating or air-condition in both rooms, very comfortable beds (including the sofabed), great lighting and plenty of power sockets. And 3 lovely balcolnies to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun :-) It's located on the 2nd floor, there's not lift, so you have to be ok to climb a few stairs. The location near the train station is fantastic, all the trains and busses to destinations, such as Matera, Alberobello or Polignano a Mare are close by and very easy to get to. It takes 15 min to arrive by train from the airport. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. It takes about 20min to walk to the old town of Bari and it is a lovely walk through the city center of Bari. There are 2 supermarkets near the appartment and a lovely pizza place called "Da Donato" just around the corner. The food in Bari is fantastic, the city and its people are very friendly and welcoming. Francesco has been a wonderful host, he's been really helpful and provided us with lots of useful information.

The place was great, very clean, confortable, excelent location, the communication with Francesco /the host/ was easy and helpful, very friendly. We got useful tips from him. There is a supermarket close by and very good pizza at the neighbourhood. I think this place was the best choice for our trip to Bari!

The accommodation was beyond expectations, two spacious rooms, three balconies, everything in perfect condition and clean. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The apartment is a few minutes from the main street and about a 20 minute walk from the old town and the beach. The train station, from where you can go to other cities, is a few minutes' walk away. The owner is very nice, he answered our questions during our stay and helped us with our orientation. I would like to recommend this accommodation.

Location to Central Bari & train station…. Friendly host and the facilities on hand in the apartment. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.

Because of its great central location, there is a little external noise from the street… The bin lorry comes at 11.30 each night.

Everything was great

They reserved parking space for us right in front of the apartment. Although the size of the apartement is not so big for 4 people, it is comfy, good decorated and have all the things that we need.

No elevator

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. 20 minute from Centro, 25 minutes from Pomodoro beach and 12 minutes from the Central Station. Mr. Francesco is amazing. comes to help with anything you need. I highly recommend. Gabriela din Romania Feedback

We were very much satisfied by our apartment owner Francesco. He was from the first second very helpful with all our questions and gave us very good suggestions, what I wanted to know. All in all we are happy. We can recommend to all people, who want to live in an local area and find out the real Italian style of living.

Benissimo Would definitely book every time I stay in Bari We stayed at Casa Oliva for 4 nights. It's situated near center in really quiet street really close to the central station so you can easily visit even other small towns nearby. The appartment was really clean and tidy, it has every amenitiy a tourist needs. Special thanks to a great owner that helped us solve the problem the last day because we left the keys inside the appartament. He was really kind amd even gave us different tips about city. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!
