"Beautiful clean home"

Super clean and cozy, with many amenities like washer/dryer (detergent provided), kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates etc. Everything we needed for our stay. Walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and a convenience store all nearby. Reserved parking behind the house. Easy keyless entry, felt safe and secure. Quiet at night, no noise from neighbors. Comfortable beds.

Nothing, this was the nicest vacation home I've stayed in!

"Good location, poorly furnished and maintained."

Location is good, house is spacious.

It was 52 degrees when we got there, and didn't get up to a reasonable temperature until the middle of the night. I used the oven briefly and smelled much more gas than I was comfortable with, so I stopped. My bed was slanted and decrepit, and at about three in the morning suddenly shifted to become yet more slanted with a noise so loud it woke my daughter in another room. Being in the bed at the time, I was startled into total wakefulness and couldn't get back to sleep.
