Smell on the corridors. Hard to find key (office on Google maps ( came up as different location)
USThe location was perfect, the staff was delightful, the apartment was charming.
CAEverything was perfect. What lovely apartment in a great location. Well equipped and staff from Feelfree rental are very responsive before and during our stay. They contacted me on day 2 to see if everything was to our liking, I mentioned needing heat in the apart and they activated the heater remotely right away. They also reimbursed parking right away because the parking lot did not read my license plate and I had to take a ticket. They have a super user-friendly website to manage your booking and additional services.
A few things to improve. It is unfortunate that their set-up requires that you walk to a different location to pick-up your key. That is truly inconvenient and takes some time - for us about an hour. We had a car so had to find a place to park, then walk to their office, walk back to car then get to parking and then walk to apartment. Its nice to know they have a real office somewhere but if they could set-up remote check-in like many other services do, that would make things so much easier. I think it may not be possible at that location before the building’s exterior door is opened via a key. Other than that we loved the support they provided, list of things go do, their responsiveness. Also parking in San Sebastian is horribly expensive -86 euros for 3.5 days. But nothing then can do I guess.
AUA roomy, bright, clean modern apartment. Great sized bedrooms with ample storage, large modern bathroom and spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area. Beautiful small balcony with views to La Concha Beach and district. We thought this apartment was stunning and a highlight for our trip. Walking distance to beach ie one block back and ten minute walk into old town - perfect!
This is not really a negative but we did have to pick up the keys from the agent which was about ten minutes away. We got a taxi from train station direct to real estate and then directly to property - easy. And the real estate team were lovely and helpful.
USThe location and size of this apartment was outstanding. Everything we needed was provided as well as quick responses to questions.
I would have given this 10 of 10 except for a sort of annoying odor in the living area which seemed to be coming from the couch which seemed pretty old. But I would stay here again for sure.
