Food

(1) Lift - does not open by itself. You have to operate it manually. Also the lift is dark (bulbs don't work). (2) Rooms - doesn't seemed that the bed was very clean. (3) Location - located in quite interior part of the city. Lots of winding roads led to the location. Not favoured location by taxis.

All day complimentary food included in the Room tarrif. Food Quality is good. Rooms are specious

Bathroom is very small and glass doors are not able to closes properly. TV sets are outdated Lift/Elevetors are always in maintenance without indication or Notice to the customers.

Food was really tasty n rooms were clean

The hotel was located in the interiors away from the main road

I checked in at evening and checked out early morning. The room is small but clean. Bathroom is of very decent size and clean. Arjun, the manager, is extremely polite and welcoming! Om, a staff, who accompanied me to the room was also nice. The best thing was that everyone at the property is always smiling genuinely and it's not artificial by any means. In the early morning, Arjun was kind enough to step out in the road to guide the taxi to the property.

I discovered early in the morning that the room didn't have a towel. I always carry one with me. So didn't have a challenge. Arjun, while checking out accepted the mistake on part of the staff.

Excellent staff, quality & tasty food, quiet & calm location, cleaness

No room service, very limited food menu, very difficult to find the exact location especially at night(keep some arrow mark directions at different locations on the way from the main road), no glass for drinking water
