The location is excellent. The property is spacious and well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

It’s on the 2nd floor with no lift which I hadn’t realised when I booked it. But the owner was very helpful and helped us carry our cases upstairs!

The location was brilliant, parallel to Calle Triana with all its charm, and close to the Old Town and Teatro bus station. The kitchen facilities were top class,and included a washing machine, dishwasher, and piping hot water. Filtered drinking water made life easier, too! The bed was comfortable, with the nice ensuite bathroom . The sitting room was so comfortable and a nice place to unwind after a busy day.The apartment is so spacious, and very secure.Angela was an outstanding host,so helpful with directions,and kept in touch throughout our stay.

It would have been nice to have aircon in the apartment,even though 2 fans were available. The views from the kitchen windows are bleak,solid concrete walls.

We loved the house & area.The apartment was spotless, with everything you needed & more .The host was very helpful with information on the area& everything about the house.The welcome pack was good .We felt very welcome & looked after. If there was a problem I have no doubt it would have been sorted out. There were no issues of course.

Location could not be more perfect. Apartment is cute, spacious, secure, comfortable, very well equipped. The host went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive when we needed an appliance fixed.

air con would have been nice, but not essential as fans were supplied. Ants were a nuisance.

Large apartment with many shops and restaurants nearby, and just a short walk to Vegueta. Cafe Regina (few steps around the corner) has excellent coffee. Super fast and stable WiFi. Tap has water filter so no need to buy bottled water. The friendly host Angela communicated well, took great care and welcomed us upon arrival.

The kitchen is well equipped but would benefit from a few small pots (we boiled 2 eggs in a huge family-size soup pot). On the third day of our stay some major construction work started in the building. The heavy drilling and hammering was very disturbing, but Angela was very caring and considerate and did all she could to make our stay comfortable.

Excellent location - quiet side street, one minute from shops, five minutes from the old town, three minutes to the buses, etc. The apartment is very large, beautifully decorated with lovely art work and knick-knacks. Vast amount of storage space.

Two flights of stairs to reach it - we're not so young. Bedrooms are a bit austere.
