They were not able to accommodate when requesting a 1st floor room due to my restrictions & health issues.

There was no cable television. Bathroom door was broken. In the middle. If we had kids here they could have had splinters because that tear in the door was about waist high. They forgot to add towels for 2, when we called about the cable and towels, we were told he'd reset the cable box(tv was hooked up to their local digital antenna service) and regarding towels, everything was put away for the night. Killed 2 roaches...our deposit from this stay was processed as payment and is now in dispute. and the one from our stay the night before is still in dispute with the bank. We've never been treated so poorly. I left there feeling horrible.
USThe location is one of the only posit'ives. While it was clean, the beds were uncomfortable, there wasn't adequate lighting and even though I was on crutches, my room was upstairs!
The manager is a crook and a liar. First, they overcharged the deposit (started at $50) which was not necessary since I booked online. Then for my SERVICE ANIMAL, they charged an even larger deposit ($100) and were originally trying to charge a fee on top of that (~$30). Next, they charged me 25 dollars a person when I had visitors who brought me breakfast ( that's $50 more). Lastly there is a charge to my card for an additional $ 8.38 that I have no idea what is for. Bottom line: DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME! I'll be following this complaint up legally since there are several regulations they are out of compliance with.
