Attic A31 apartament rooftop deluxe

L'appartamento è decentrato a brevissima distanza dall'isola pedonale, facilmente raggiungibile in auto e in un quartiere tranquillo con molti locali e negozi nei dintorni. E' ampio e pulito, ottimo per una coppia, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno rilassante, e con un bel terrazzino.

Pulizia, personale accogliente e disponibile , posizione struttura

I liked that the apartment was close to shops and a cafe. I could always find parking close by, sometimes right at the door. It is a quiet building and a quiet neighborhood. The building is secure with a lock at the building front door and also for the apartment of course. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, a microwave, and a coffee maker (with coffee supplied!). A washer is provided. It is not too far from the autostrade. The hosts are kind and thoughtful. They were always available to answer questions or help.

One note, the building has an elevator to the sixth floor and the apartment is on the seventh floor. You must climb the stairs to the seventh floor. This might be a problem for people with mobility issues.

ATTENZIONE!! Il proprietario chiede un supplemento da pagare in struttura per avere i telecomandi delle pompe di calore (riscaldamento e raffreddamento, 6€ a notte), non compresi nel prezzo che si paga su Booking

L’appartamento è ben situato vicino al centro storico, al settimo piano con una vista su tutta la città. Lo staff mi ha accolto in maniera gentile e disponibile. La casa si presenta con grandi spazi e molto luminosa, pulita e fornita di ogni servizio, dalla cucina al bagno. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
