Hotel Villa Rosella Park & Wellness

Spacious parking area, very clean hotel, and great location in terms of proximity to a ski lift.

1. Poor breakfast (below basic international standards): a) No hot food except boiled eggs, no fried or scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages that usually go with it. b) Poor selection of cold cuts (only one type of sliced cheese and ham). c) No vegetables. d) No paper napkins available at buffet or siting area at all. 2. Small dinner buffet would be a better fit than served (pre-chosen) 4 course meal. Also, no paper napkins at all --> guests are using the same cloth napkins which are being put in an envelope and reused during another mail. This is very unhygienic and cumbersome. Please, make available regular paper napkins. 3. Hotel room didn't have a socket for charging laptop (you could charge it in a bathroom). This is very inconvenient. 4. I was told not to use my laptop in the restaurant area (the explanation was that it should be used for eating only). Quite unexpected given it came from the lady owner (it seems).

Staff were superb. Arrived a bit early on our motorbikes and lady checked and said your room was ready. Staff were also really great at the evening meal. One lady inparticular. The location was perfect too. We would definitely stay again.

The price was fair since it was a special offer. People working there were friendly.

The breakfast is very poor. My room also wasn’t well cleaned. Small room and small bed.

This is a 3 star hotel but I had a 5 star experience!!

Location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Dolomites in summer, either with motorcycle or hiking and cycling. Since cable car is 50m from hotel, I suppose that in winter is also great for skiing. Hotel stuf is very very nice and friendly. Breakfast is great and everything is really clean. They have nice garden with outdoor furniture and kids toys. Great hotel that offer exceptional value for money.

Very well, centrally located. Staff was very nice and friendly. Never encountered any problems. The server/lady at the dining room, in the black clothes, was soooo very nice, with a big heart. We will be back. Thank you all for a great stay.

Villa Hotel Rosella is a traditional family-run hotel. We were the only English-speaking family, which we loved. The dad is the chef, the mom is the manager, and the son runs the reception. On Wednesday night, they put on a superb 5-course traditional meal where everyone gets dressed up in traditional dress. As an added bonus, they invited us to a grappa tasting after the meal. The wellness area is superb with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi.

The fact that the best snow day was the day we left!

The entire staff was incredible! The property was clean and really comfortable. The location was amazing walking distance to ski lift! Giuseppe went above and beyond to help get my cold car warmed up and running, thank you!! I would love to come back here every ski trip!!!
