I loved the private yoga room with floor-to-ceiling windows at the top of the garden, overlooking the bay. Laundry facilities, fresh lemons in the garden, an unusually well-stocked kitchen. If you’re on a workation, the office rooms in the gallego “galería” are some of the best working locations I’ve ever enjoyed. Because there’s two work rooms, you can easily take calls from one while others work separately. I felt super safe as a solo female traveller and got on great with the other 3 guests. This place is a perfect retreat.

I have never been more impressed by a place that I have stayed at more. I loved EVERYTHING. The house itself is beautiful. There are LEMON trees in the back yard!! You can literally go and pick a lemon and use in absolutely anything you would want to eat! Patrick’s response time was literally almost always under a minute. They have put so much thought into how to take care of the people that stay at their house. They send you guides to help you navigate the intricacies of the house and Galicia at large. I could not recommend you stay at their place any more. And the value is absolutely mind blowing!!! A real life 10/10.

A truly stunning property with expansive views over one of the main winter surf spots, visible from most rooms, but most memorably from the breathtaking rooftop and the coworking space. This vantage point is invaluable, as Vilarrube is highly tide-dependent and tends to draw crowds; from here, you can sense the perfect moment to head out. The house seems to attract an extraordinary group of conscious, open-hearted people. During my stay, there was a free diver from the US, a digital nomad from Germany, a woman from Mexico launching her kombucha business in Spain, and a young German seeking land in the area, each on their own inspiring journey. Patrick made us feel not just welcome, but as if we were friends visiting his holiday home. The atmosphere he has created is rare: Warm, genuine, and quietly transformative. Highly recommended and, God willing, I will be back.

Ich hatte einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat atemberaubende Aussicht vom Arbeitszimmer und der Terasse, super viel Platz im Haus und Garten (inkl Zitronen) und einen wunderschönen Strand zum Spazieren (oder surfen) in Laufdistanz. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön hell mit einem grossen Bett und einem Dachfenster. Das Arbeitszimmer eignet sich besonders gut für ein Workation Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was du brauchst.

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Haus mit anderen Gästen geteilt wird (also eher wie ein Guesthaus als wie ein Hotel) demzufolge wird das Bett auch selbst bezogen. Dafür ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit gross dass du andere tolle Menschen kennenlernst!

This house has absolutely everything you could wish for! Whether you’re here to catch some waves or get work done remotely, it’s the perfect spot. With five stunning surf beaches all within a 15-minute radius, every day feels like a new adventure. The host is super friendly and remotely accessible, and the cleaning staff and fellow guests create an amazing, welcoming vibe. The local community in Cedeira also makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, making it ideal for remote work. The Wi-Fi is excellent, and there are plenty of quiet corners to set up your workspace. It’s a truly perfect balance of productivity and relaxation. Can’t recommend this place enough for a remote workation and surf escape!

This is a self-catering stay - perfect for those who value their own space and independence, with no frills like daily service (except the local bakery) but plenty of peace, and while the weather can be unpredictable, you’re in charge of your own experience, and the sun still makes its appearance more than once most days.

Good location, nice view of the Vilarrube surfing spot. Very big house, adapted for a large group in summer time, when the weather is nice and you can also spend time in the garden and verandas. Appreciated a lot to be able to use the kitchen or the washing machine!

There wasn't central heating and in November it was a problem. Only 15 degrees in the house. Options were limited: a fire in the kitchen and one of the veranda or a small electric radiator to move from one room to another (there were 3 floors).
