Parking is very closed to the house, good quality of bathing stuffs, amazing with the hot and cold water dispenser provided, everything is tidy and neat.

The view outside is not attracting. The pillows are too small and soft.

Quite and easy access to main road and express highways.

The apartment is immaculate. Everything smells good and clean and new. It's big and roomy,it feels really safe and it had a touch of being home. The beds were comfortable and each was big enough to fit 2 people comfortably, and the pillows were soft. It even has a room divider that separates the bedroom from the kitchen. There's also one convenience store just across the road. And for us, it was closer to where our Marine son is stationed.

When I booked the apartment, the description showed that it included 2 beds and 2 futons and that it would accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. When I showed up, there were only 2 beds, no futons, and our whole family of 4 were frantically looking around every corner of the apartment for the missing futons, thinking they must be hiding somewhere, with no luck. I messaged them then and told them there were supposed to be 4 beds. About 3 hours later they responded, confirming that there were supposed to be 2 beds and 2 futons, not 4 beds. Okay. Then a little while later they messaged me again, telling me that the information they sent me was incorrect, apologized, and told me that if I wanted the futons there will be an additional charge of 1,100 per pair, per day. Of course I refused, and at that point I really felt deceived and cheated because I didn't get what I was supposed to get. I messaged them again and told them that a major reason I booked their apartment was that it came with 4 beds (or 2 futons) and respectfully let them know about how I felt deceived, to which they acknowledged and apologized again. Coming from the U.S.A. I expected them to at least honor the futons for free due to their mistake, or get 1,100 credit per day back instead of being charged.....but this is Japan (or maybe I'm too entitled). Well, I got over it. In the end, I realized that this is how they roll: they sincerely apologized and that was enough for me. I felt that they had made an honest mistake with the apartment description, probably forgot to update it at the time, but they did fix the description in the booking app. And that's the end of it. Another thing I didn't like was the location.
