The service staff was sincere and polite.

Scam alert! 1. They call and text you repeatedly for an advance payment. Even after payment advance they ask for full up front payment at check-in or you forfeit your advance. I've never heard of any hotel in India asking for full up front payment. 2. They only accept Aadhar Card as ID proof. It is illegal for private businesses to request aadhar. There are several forms of ID in India, Aadhar is sensitive information. I had to file a general diary because these people have a copy of my Aadhar. 3. I paid for breakfast for all days. I didn't get it on the second day even during breakfast hours. I showed up at the same time as the previous day at 9:45. It was a Sunday and they said they're not serving breakfast anymore. 4. The location is not the same as on booking.com. They sent me the location and whole it was close enough, it was a different hotel. They had to rebrand thrice to get better ratings.
