"One to avoid in Bath"

Spacious for 5 people. Warm Clean

This house is aesthetically pleasing but is not practical or comfortable. Kitchen poorly equipped. No side plates, broken saucepans, no oven gloves to name a few. Beds had thin mattresses and you can feel the slats underneath. Lounge lacked lamps and sofas positioned so it was difficult to all watch TV. There was only one TV. Perfumed incense sticks x 12 created a difficulty in the house for those sensitive to strong odours. Towels provided had not been stored well and smelt mouldy. Contacted owner on first night of stay to ask a question and was ignored.

"Perfect for fab weekend break in Bath"

Perfect property for us, clean beyond words, lots of lovely touches, plenty of sanitary facilities, comfy everything and lovely bedding, easy access to city via taxi or bus, had a nice breakfast at Hub.

Almost nothing but We forgot salt and pepper and large saucepan missing a handle and oven gloves would be useful

"Lovely to stay in a virtually new house that has been well designed, tastefully fitted out, and well set up for renting."

Nice size for 5 or 6 people. Enough room to sit in kitchen and lounge. Comfortable. A very new house on a new estate. Spotless! Parking round the corner from the front of the house is actually good for unloading/loading via the back gate. Nice garden for a rental. Lovely (but fake) fire bar below the tv.

Very good Wi-Fi but no real-time tv. When we stayed there was no main bedroom wardrobe because it was broken and due to be replaced. Also the main en-suite didn’t have any shelf space for cosmetics etc. Hence the main bedroom was living out of suitcases. Also surprisingly no microwave, but the kitchen is otherwise well equipped.

Spacious and clean house. easy check in via a lockbox and very good host with great communication. very well located for Bath, short drive, taxi or bus and the hosts give all the info you need for this too. would definitely use again.

a very nice hamper for the arrival...maybe just consider some milk for the tea & coffee that is provided. we arrived late om a sunday and shops nearby were closed. other than that, a great stay

Really lovely house. Extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions asked, coming back really quickly. Great public transport links to Bath.

No problems really. Unfortunately there was someone already oarked in the property's allocated parking space but there was plenty of space to park nearby so no problem.
