Luxury Green 1 Bed City Centre Apartment close to Mailbox,Bullring, Broad Street for Leisure and Families

Very comfortable check in

Absolutely nothing. Contacted the owner for a refund, I'm still waiting.

1 set of towels 3 guests staying had to go go buy towels. Only used fridge that I had to clean first. Light fittings no shades used the kettle and bath for a shower of which I slipped coming out, no bath matt in the bath.,very dangerous bath mats on the floor were shabby place not a clean standard still crumbs on toaster from previous. Very disappointed in booking. Com. This is definitely the worst I've been to certainly no where near a luxury apartment. I am looking for some good will gesture. I have tried calling the owner again just not answering my call an absolute disgusting. This flat not to booking. Com standards. Wait a reply from yous. Kind regards. Frances Robertson.

Such a lovely and friendly host, super helpful and kind to show us around and also help us out when we got a little bit lost! Made our stay super lovely!! The apartment was nice, 13 minute walk from the Bullring so it's very close to town! Amenities were provided such as tea, and had a kitchen and a tv so would be great for several nights stay! The bed was fairly comfortable and the flat was also super warm!

Went with 3 people, the bedroom was great but the sofa bed was quite tricky to install... not sure how comfortable it would be for several nights if you have a group. Could have been a little bit cleaner in terms of the towels but otherwise a great place to stay!
