"Zentral gelegen und für unsere Zeit ausreichend"

Die Lage ist Mitten im Zentrum. Trotz mehrerer Einheiten ist es sehr ruhig im Haus. Kostenloses Parken mit bereitgelegtem Anwohner Berechtigungsschein direkt in der Nähe möglich. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Das war wurde uns jedoch im Vorfeld mitgeteilt und von daher ok für uns.

Leider ist die Möblierung sehr kostengünstig gehalten. Einige Möbel waren schlecht zusammengebaut. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist minimal. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen ist das zu wenig.
