The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of facilities to make it a comfortable stay, such as access to a Smart TV with access to Netflix & YouTube, working air conditioner, a towel, some toiletries, a fridge, satisfying size for bed and blanket, and even a kitchenette with a small gas stove with sink, and a bin. There were also some amenities like packet tea/coffee, tissues, and water dispenser.

The experiences in the two rented rooms were different, so this review will use the plural form for shared experiences and the singular form to refer to an experience that happened only in one room, but not the other. There were old pillows stuffed into the cupboard and there seemed to be some items or rubbish left by previous tenants: under the bed and inside the bed's drawers. Since each room was meant for two people, having only one towel prepared was a bit of a shock. A dispenser was not dispensing hot water. A door to the toilet had a broken lock. A room had noise problems from neighboring tenants singing late at night.
