One Verdi Park Exclusive Apartments - Panoramic View & Private Parking

The property was really clean, with a nice view from the 10th floor, We were really happy with our stay!!

The app.is beautifully designed in good location for our needs. Lidl shop downstair was handy. Communication was smooth.

I was very disappointed by the hygiene quality of bedding layout. Small sheets did not cover bed fully so we had to sleep partly on plain matrasse. The duvet cover was also very small for two person, size of the small bed sheet. All this ruined the total impression of the stay. I also missed kitchen cloth since there is no dishwasher, and washing powder as well as soap in bathroom, few capsules of coffee would be also nice. Comparing to the stay in very close Penthouse Floaresca app where all these were fully at our disposal.

Convenient apartment in the new building with lobby (security is in the entrance). Spacious parking in the underground garage was available which is a must have in Bucharest. There is a Lidl on the ground floor which is super convinient. Nice view from the balcony. Great contact with the host company.

Apartment was not prepared on time. Lack of Dishwasher. Lack of the key between garage - staircase which requires long trips around to reach the apartment from the garage place.

Everything is brand new, security is top notch. Large apartment, clean, well lit due to high floor, with nice views towards East (hence beautiful sunrise visible from both the bedroom and the living room). Large parking lot, access included in the room price. Downstairs there is a supermarket (Lidl) where you can buy anything (especially that this is not a hotel, and there is no breakfast option. Overall very happy with the apartment.

This is a a self check-in facility, but the process is cumbersome. If you arrive by car, you need to follow a 3 minute high speed instructional video on where to park, and then another 3 minute video on how to get back by foot outside, although the elevators are almost next to the parking spot. In case you didn't understood the instructions, and you want to view it again in the parking lot, than bad luck - there is no network coverage at floor -3, so you need to figure it out on your own how to get out from the parking lot (3 underground floors, with luggage and children). And this is because the service provider does not provide keys (tags) to enter the parking lot or to access the elevators. When you are leaving there is no key required and you can take the elevator and quickly get to the parking space. Just imagine you forgot something in your car, you will need to take the same route back to the apartment - by foot 3 underground levels. So, if you travel by car, then I don't recommend this place, unless you are greeted in person and get the keys as well. The host can't be reached, but a centralized service provider, who don't know the details from the room - e.g. how to lower the blinds - they had no clue wht thype of blinds were installed in the room

Excellent communication with host prior, during and after stay. Clean and cozy apartment in a good location with a balcony and good view. There’s also a supermarket and a choice of restaurants nearby. Exceeded my expectations as I’m not easily impressed. Would definitely rebook.
