Villa Marzella Luxury - Private Pool - Costa Adeje

The property is fantastic. Plenty of space, very clean, great outside space.

The property was so clean, we had such a good time, will definitely recommend.

The villa is beautiful and really just like it looks in the pictures. The pool is the perfect temperature. The area is super quiet. The host was very good at keeping in touch with us before and during our stay and anything we needed was quickly organised. Would definitely stay again.

A couple of the pillows were very hard and there weren't any spares to change them to. The walk to the beach isn't too far but there is one awful road you have to cross which has no pedestrian crossing which is a real shame as it put us off going to.the beach a bit. But it is worth it when you get there!

Great facilities. Pool is good size for the property.

Only one shower despite 3 bathrooms

Everything was great from start to finish. No issues will be staying again in the future.

The property was large even for a family of 5 ! Very clean and comfortable. 2 of the bathrooms have bath/shower which really helped with getting everyone ready at the same time . Spacious 3 bedrooms and a balcony in and en suite in the master bedroom. The area is very quiet too which was good for getting the kids to bed at a decent time . Taxi numbers and emergency numbers on a board at entrance really helped . Fans on ceiling lights throughout the property which was lovely in the heat and helped with sleeping in warm conditions . Close by shopping centre with restaurants and fast food places , it took us 15/20 mins to walk and that’s with a very slow 4 year old 😂 . We went to aqualand , jungle park, monkey park and Siam park and the beach and did not have to travel far or long , pretty cheap in taxis too!! The locked gate at before the front door added an extra sense of security which I really liked . I also found a delivery company ‘Glovo’ and did our weekly shop and got it delivered to save time and let the kids enjoy the pool , delivery is quick and saves carrying heavy shopping. They also deliver takeaways. The bbq enhanced the stat as we could prepare dinner while watching the kids in the pool and enjoy the sun for longer , The pool toys left in the cupboard beside the ping pong table (I think) was a lovely touch and we added some floats and a ball to the collection. Matteo was a delight !!! Couldnt have asked for a better host, just the right amount of attentiveness and let you get on with your holiday ( well for us anyways) ! He checked in the night before we flew out to confirm details . Met us at property and gave us a walk around . He checked on us throughout the holiday a few times and was a message or phone call away when needed. Other than that he left us to enjoy our stay. And checked we got home okay , kind caring man . The tv has every channel you could ask for in probably any language !

The only down side we had was there was no tvs for bed , there was one tv in one of the kids rooms but we couldn’t work it out. Matteo did offer to come fix it , but we were so tired at night it didn’t make a massive difference.

This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space yet a homely feel. The outside area is fantastic too with a lovely pool that was cleaned every other day - perfect size and depth for older children. The Villa was very clean and easy to keep clean, the ceiling fans in each room which are desperately needed at night are great and so much better than air conditioning. All of the convenience of being at home, a well equipped kitchen and a huge tv for those with kids wanting to chill out in the cool for a while. Nice space in the basement to store your cases and wash your clothes ! Plenty of bathrooms and really just so much space to have family time and time alone when needed. The table tennis is a great touch and the outdoor eating area perfect in the shade as the sun shines in the garden from around 9:30 to 19:00 ish and it is super hot in August! For me it was the perfect distance from the beach and main strip- about a 25 minute walk, out of the thick of it but easy and quick enough to get there. The Villa felt safe and secure and although there are other villas all around, you don’t feel overlooked at all. Our stay there from start to finish was perfect. Matteo who contacted me once we had organised the holiday was supportive and genial to the point of return, meeting us later than planned due to a 3hr delay, offering to organise transport for us and checking in throughout our time there, a lovely guy that honestly cared and was super hospitable.

Nice clean property in a nice uphill estate. Had nice views from the bedroom windows. Tv had every channel you could thing of and had a smart hub. Nice pool and table tennis for entertainment.
