It is a nice area and clean room.

The Accommodation is located very close to the city centre. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Easy access to the property. The premises had its own parking.

The room was clean and quiet, which I appreciated. Although the owners were not on-site, they kept me updated and sent all the details I needed, which was helpful. However, I felt the messages could have been more concise. While it seems they make a strong effort to receive good reviews, I think more focus could be placed on the overall customer experience and service. The room itself was okay, but the shared spaces, including the living room/kitchen area, and bathrooms, could use more cleaning.

It did the job overall, but I was surprised to be asked for a £50 deposit, as Booking.com stated that no extra payment was required. The booking process also felt more complicated than expected, as I had to upload my ID and sign a contract. I also felt uncomfortable being told I had been rated 10/10 as a guest and then asked to leave a good review to help maintain their Superhost status, as it felt a bit like an exchange and made it harder to feel completely free to leave an honest review.

Very nice, couldn't be better. Dee went out of his way for us because the room we originally got wasn't suitable for our needs.

There was a Issue with the Electric code door handle getting into the Room with I was staying in. Had to wait 1 hour 30 minute for staff member to come and fix the lssue.

The property was very clean and presentable. All amenities were available as advertised. The host was very helpful and provided me with clear instructions and also sent a pin on Maps. I very much appreciated the help.
