1 ST FLOOR ACCOMODATION, STAIR HEIGHTS ARE STEEP. NOT GOOD FOR AGED PEOPLE LIKE US, SPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEBODY WITH WALKING PROBLEM. R.O WATER SUPPLIED FROM OUTSOURCING, WHICH IS SLIGHTLY MATTER OF CONCERN ABOUT THE PURITY OF WATER.

Everything was good . Rooms were spacious. washrooms were very clean & provided with guieser & toiletries. Homelike feeling.

Firstly , writing a review is equally a gigantic task and can be compared to planning End to End trip itself especially if you are with family. After seeing pics, overview of the property, amenities available, reviews , you book the stay and keep your fingers crossed. The day arrives , you are reaching the property and google maps shows 50 mtrs to destination . Lot of things start imploding in your mind about how that place would be , safety , parking , cleanliness , bed , surrounding and what not especially if you are reaching little late evening . Please see below pointers to help yourselves in taking a good decision. Below mentioned SOP /our experience/ guidelines can be followed to make your trip a memorable one 1. Call the owner of property -in this case Mr Jain- the senior( now on Mr. J)when you are 10 min away from the destination/ property. 2. Mr J will arrive and walk you through property and will patiently explain what is what and any other general query regarding local area , food , Shri Mahakaal Darshan etc 3. Mr J will verify your photo id etc and move on after making note of it . 4. Firstly property is situated in the heart of the city and on main road , so no need to tread inside any lane with your car/suv. Parking in front of your stay. During night it is pretty quiet and one can have good sleep. Shri Mahakaal is 4.5 km only, matter of 10 min drive. 5. Property is a 2bhk well furnished flat with attached lat/bath in both the bedroom( Master bedroom re baba) Kitchen has all the utensil to make food , should one have the challenge / reservation with outside food- This is applicable for senior citizen, kids etc . Kitchen has sugar, coffee sachet ,small oven , gas, all utensils. For geyser/ water heater : you just switch on one button and you will get hot water in 10 min in BOTH the attached bathroom. Water motor is right at the entrance of flat door so no issues with water-. Potable drinking water is also kept by Mr J.

A wonderful stay with ample space and basic necessities amenities like AC, Bathroom, Drinking water, cleanliness etc were spot on. Owner of the homestay Mr. Jain is a very, humble, soft spoken person and always just a call away for any help required. Also, a lot of nearby food restaurants are available and our favourite one was "the tasty tadka" which is just beside the homestay. We really enjoyed our family stay here 10/10.

The owner is very soft and helpful.The rooms are very neat and clean and rooms are very spacious, comfortable.all the facilities are available that needs in tour.

One care taker is required.

A homestay at any pilgrimage location needs to be cosy, comfortable, clean, organised and simultaneously should invite positive vibes to its guests. The best thing which I liked was the sleep which was assured while putting in, else normally or occasionally travellers do have sleep issues even if they stay at swanky destinations despite being overloaded with sheer luxurious amenities. It's away from the humdrum of city and yet is manageable to reach to MAHAKAL TEMPLE. Has a big kitchen enough to cater to needs of the cooking if one needs to eat their own cooked strict vegan food while observing fastings. However it is surrounded by other good restaurants and eateries as well. With a family of 4 to 5 one can easily occupy the property in its 2 bedroomed floor. (One has double bed and another one is combined with apt air-conditioning). In simple terms its home away at one of the 12 JYOTIRLINGAs of LORD SHIVA.

There's nothing which one can conclude for complaints for given location, room size and the tariffs, because the owner Shreyans Jain is humbly skeptic about values required for hosting the property for pilgrims throughout the year.
