Kiekviename kambaryje buvo kondicionierius, kas labai gelbėjo per karščius. Buvo ramu.

Atvykus į butą pasirodė nešvaru, labai daug kilimų, kurie atrodė visai nereikalingi. Visos virtuvės ir kitos spintelės prikrautos šeimininkų daiktų, realiai laisvas buvo tik šaldytuvas, savų daiktų ir maisto nebuvo kur pasidėti, likusios spintos prikrautos patalynės, pagalvių ir užklotų, valymo chemijos. Skalbimo mašinos gumoje buvo purvina, terasos grindys irgi purvinos ir neplautos. Šluotos irgi buvo sulaužytos, nebuvo kuo normaliai išsiplauti ar išsišluoti grindų.

Bazén potešil, večer sme si mohli zaplávať . Super bola aj veľká terasa, kde bol tieň až polotieň ,gril, lehatka Blízkosť mora Práčka, umývačka,všetky prípravky,ako do práčky,tak aj do myčky Určite by sme sa vráti opäť

Apartmán sme si objednali aj kôli Jacuzzi, ktorá nebola funkčná . To nás sklamalo

Austattung (Küche, Schlafzimmer, alles gut und vollständig). Lage nahe am Meer, Zadar ist in 20-30 Min. Erreichbar. Nin mit Sandstrand in ca. 10 Min. Meer ist wunderschön, aber Steiniger Einstieg. Langer Seeweg (mehrere km) direkt am Strand. Sehr Ruhig .

Ameisen in der Wohnung. Wohnungsblock ist eingepfercht zwischen anderen Gebäuden. Enge Einfahrt/ Parkplatz. Gemeinschaftspool mit anderen Apartmantes UND Pool ist direkt neben einem anderen Apartment. Man ist praktisch auf ihrer Terasse (keine 2m Abstand). Keine Liegen.
