Très bon emplacement. Apparement fonctionnelle à la hauteur de mes attentes

La camera era diversa dalle foto, puzzava tanto di fognatura ed era parecchio rovinata con dei buchi nelle pareti. Meno male che c'erano le ringhiere sulle finestre perché l'appartamento si trova molto vicino al brutto quartiere Martim Moniz. L'appartamento è molto rovinato ed ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione ed apparecchi moderni. La doccia scomodissima, molto piccola e solo coperta da una tenda, quindi abbiamo bagnato tutto il pavimento e anche il water. Insomma, non è perfetto, soprattutto per le famiglie con dei bambini.

Η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη κ φαινόταν ασφαλής. Πολύ κοντά υπήρχαν μάρκετ, πάρκο κ εύκολα κάνεις πήγαινε στο κέντρο Επίσης, όλες οι συσκευές ήταν καινούριες κ λειτουργούσα εάν εξαιρέσεις τον βραστήρα.

Το σπίτι ήταν ανακαινισμένο όμως πολύ πρόχειρα, με αποτέλεσμα να λείπουν χερούλι από την πόρτα, οι πρίζες είχαν βγει από τη θέση τους κ κρεμόντουσαν, τα κάδρα μας επεφταν στο κεφάλι καθως ανοιγαμε την πόρτα του υπνοδωματίου, μυριζε, είχε υγρασία κ γενικά η καθαριότητα ήταν επιφανειακή (πχ ο φούρνος ήταν πολύ βρώμικος κ το ταψί, κάτω από το κρεββατι υπήρχαν πράγματα κ πολύ σκόνη) όπως κ η όμορφη εικόνα που παρουσιάζεται από τις φωτογραφίες. Ακόμα κ η σφουγγαριστα σπασμένη, για ένα μπάνιο χωρίς σιφόνι. Απογοήτευση. Δεν άξιζε ούτε τα μισά χρήματα.

Hébergement bien situé. lits faits à l’arrivée Proche centre, proximité des transports Parkings aux alentours Non bruyant Lave linge / sèche cheveux Produits d’entretien à disposition Wifi Machine à café top mais il serait bien de savoir quel modèle de capsule acheter. Peut être laisser une ou deux capsules d’avance

Idéal pour un couple mais pas vraiment adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes. Portes abîmées Moyennement propre Plusieurs coups un peu partout Prise/interrupteur défait du mur Humidité (déshumidificateur) Peut être prévoir plus de chaises ou tabourets pour manger (1 chaise et 1 tabouret pour 4..) Pas assez de vaisselle : 3 bols pour un logement de 4… pas de tasses 2 petites cuillères pour 4.. Hotte ne fonctionne pas, ni la lumière Manque un peu de rangement pour 4 Poêles abîmées à changer

The apartment is in a very good location.

Unfortunately the apartment had a very weird smell that didn’t go away for the 5 days of my stay. The smell was bad that I would not be staying there again and I hope they do something about it for the other guests. I also recommend getting ear plugs as the sound from the upstairs is really loud

Die Lage war sehr gut und alles schnell zu erreichen.

Im Schlafzimmer waren Bettwanzen.

Ubicación, mal olor y ventilación, sucio.

Great location and professional communication with the owner! If I will come again in Lisbon, I will rent this accomodation again.
