"Cheated and Swindled."

The parties who arranged this booking scammed me and billed me four times more than the average price. I have been billed with heavy cleaning charges for every day of my stay, whereas, no cleaner ever came to clean the place. Finally, I decided to vacate one week before the 29-day lease ended, and only then after I complained to the party who arranged this for me, a cleaner showed up. I paid in full which came to almost 4000 ringgit for 29 days and having been scammed by the party who arranged this, I vacated one week before the the lease contract ended. The heavy taxes on top of the price came as a huge shock. This is a systematic scam aimed at innocent tourists. Booking.com should take appropriate action to stop these frauds from swindling innocent tourists.

The agents who work for the property owners are allowed to swindle innocent parties who want to lease the property.
