We liked only location and view from the window

The entire apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, the trash hadn't been taken out, so the kitchen smelled even worse on top of that. The bed linen had a "slow-drying laundry" odor, the pillows were old and unpleasant, and the whole apartment was dirty.

The real condition of the apartment is far from the photos. The renovation was done a long time ago.
