Bardzo bogate wyposażenie apartamentu łącznie z pralką. Blisko plaży, restauracji i barów. Podziemny garaż.

Nie powiadomiono o remoncie całego budynku w którym znajdował się wynajmowany apartament. Hałas młotów pneumatycznych, kurz a nawet blokowanie wyjazdu z garażu przez samochody remontujących ekip spowodował, że sam apartament pomimo dobrego wyposażenia i wielu zalet nie może być dobrze oceniony. Trudno wysoko ocenić czystość apartamentu gdy w całym budynku trwa remont i jest wszechobecny kurz który dostaje się też do mieszkania.

La casa molto accogliente, arredata con gusto e fornita di tutto! Posizione eccellente, a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Follonica. A metà vacanza abbia fatto l'errore di dimenticarci le chiavi in casa, non riuscendo così più a rientrare in casa. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, è riuscito a risolvere il problema in pochissimo tempo, così da permetterci di trascorrere la giornata in tranquillità! Se ci sarà altra occasione di ritornare a Follonica, sicuramente contatteremo di nuovo questa struttura!!

Posizione ottima a 2 minuti della spiaggia posto auto coperto e supermercato al piano terra

L’unica cosa che posso lamentarmi il box doccia troppo piccolo. essendo io alto 185 cm per 90 chili facevo veramente fatica per muovermi

Perfect locatie, strand op 2 minuten lopen en supermarkt/koffietentje onder het appartement. Centrum met restaurants op loopafstand, dus je ziet niet in de drukte maar bent er wel zo.

Het is gehorig, de muren zijn erg dun.

"nice studio with basic facilities"

very nice location regarding the distance to the train station and the city center. Nice pasticceria downstairs. The weather in December is already colder, but warm blankets were provided by the owner
