Booking.com took my money and the boat wasn't available as the previous owner sold it and Booking.com didn't refund my money though they had been told numerous times take it off there site....will never use them again 🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT BOOK! FRAUDULENT LISTING THAT DOES NOT EXIST AND REFUSES TO PAY REFUND. HOST CANCELLED ON DAY OF BOOKING AND CONFIRMED REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN. REFUND HAS NEVER ARRIVED SINCE HOST HAS FAILED TO CONFIRM ‘CANCELLATION’ WITH BOOKING.COM

It is not completely about the property it is all about the mistake by the booking.com never use booking.com to book any hotels in emergency times we didn't use the property as the property manager was not lifting the call after we visit but we still didn't got our money back it was a worst experience f rom booking.com and the customer service is just there to give a fake information and false promises to customers
