Ottima la posizione..a 2 passi dal Lago Martianez e in centro storico di Puerto con tutti negozietti, supermercati.. Il balcone dell'appartamento con vista sull'oceano.. Appartamento per 2 ideale per qualche giorno..pulito ma vintage..forniti set asciugamani doppi.. Cucinino servito di stoviglie.. Bagno con ritocchi..

Nonostante l'appartamento fosse al 3o piano presenza di scarafaggi in bagno e nel lavabo della cucina.. Altra cosa sicuramente nota a cui non avevo dato importanza..Il parcheggio..si passa anche più di 1h prima di trovarlo, a meno che non si voglia pagare.. Situazione sicuramente nota alla proprietaria ma a cui non presta importanza visto che al momento del chekout abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare la valigia(anche incustodita nella hall)..e la risposta è stata:" lasciatele in macchina", macchina che in quel momento era lontanissima e soprattutto non funzionante..insomma poco disponibile alla situazione.

Stets bemüht – so lässt sich dieses Apartment beschreiben. Ich würde nicht sagen, dass die Fotos lügen, aber sie zeigen eindeutig die bessere, retuschierte Seite der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist gut, zum Strand muss man allerdings ein Stück laufen. Die Küchenausstattung war ordentlich – sogar eine Reibe und ein Stabmixer waren vorhanden. Das Highlight ist eindeutig der Balkon. Balkon und Pool.

Wo soll man anfangen? Das Apartment ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten und das Sofa waren extrem unbequem – wir haben uns regelrecht davor gefürchtet, uns wieder hineinlegen zu müssen. Das Badezimmer ist winzig, mit abgeplatztem Emaille und notdürftigen Reparaturen. Die Küche samt Kühlschrank ist sehr klein – man kann kaum Vorräte für zwei Tage lagern. Das Gefrierfach funktionierte nicht richtig und fror nicht ein. Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung bereits sandig – offensichtlich wurde vor dem Check-in nicht gründlich gereinigt. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung kaum zu finden. Wenn man lediglich eine günstige Unterkunft sucht und keinerlei Ansprüche hat, mag das Apartment ausreichen. Für uns war es jedoch sehr unbequem und enttäuschend.

Location very close to the beach

An old door to the balcony that was difficult to open and close and even through the closed door there was noise from the street

It is very well located and close to the beach, the center. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, here I am mostly referring to the bathroom, we had to buy disinfectant to clean (something you wouldn't want to do on vacation). I chose it because it had a washing machine and a kitchen, the price is not different from a hotel, I consider cleanliness an important factor in choosing the place where you will stay for a few days and call it "home", I cannot say the same about this apartment . The towels could not be used, they did not look like clean towels at all, we had to buy our own towels. Another aspect to mention is that we arrived around 11 pm, our flight having a delay of 3 hours, it was something unexpected, when we left the airport for accommodation, I informed a lady that we would arrive in an hour and close to the accommodation, we received a message from the her telling us that we have to pay €20 for arriving at this time (an aspect that is not mentioned anywhere). On the booking it is mentioned that check in can be done until 12pm. I do not recommend!
