Very nice experience... Check in was very fast. Room was clean and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

I choose Home2 Suites because I am familiar and content with the standards. This stay was not good, there was no hot water until about 3:45 PM on Saturday and the excuses and lack of attention by the staff was just unexpected and truly disappointing. I called the front desk about 11:40 AM and they were aware of the problem. I was told the engineer was on gis way back to deal with the issue he thought he had fixed. At 2:30 PM I called the front desk again since I had not heard back. I was told that the engineer informed them that the hot water would be back between 4 - 5 PM. At 3:45 PM the maintenance staff knocked on our door. I was in town for an event that I missed due to this. I am disappointed in the extreme lack of communication, I could have made plans and arrangements to have a shower and make it to the event. They should have informed us instead of me having to question the situation. Also, when the engineer returned, they should have informed the expected time of there being hot water. I am very unhappy with this stay.

Pool dirty, elevators not working.

Clean, quiet, great breakfast. Really nice workout room. Spacious and comfortable hotel room. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Laredo, and this one is my favorite

Great location! Rooms reflect cleanliness and good maintenance. Will definitely return to this location. Friendly staff is always a plus too! I travel with my elderly mother thus I appreciate ADA room availability!

Hard to get to from interstate 35. Property is not clearly marked from the road.
