Room was really nice, and everything around was new.

Breakfast could have been a little better, coffee was very weak and no real half and half.

Rooms are really spacious & new. We appreciated the kindness from the staff at the front desk when we had questions. There was one night the hallways smelt like gas but didnt interfere with our room. We will stay here everytime we come to visit Laredo.

Excellent experience!!

This is the second time I stay here since it opened a few months ago. I was very impressed during the first stay. This time I was disappointed with the room and sewage smell in the halls and in the bathroom. The bathroom floor looked very dirty upon arrival and the cleaning was great in giving it a second cleaning but the floor has some sticky substance that makes it look dirty even after it’s mopped. The hall had such a strong smell of sewer. The carpet had several stains that I was able to remove with some Clorox wipes. It was disgusted to walk in to notice three huge stains on the rug. The worst part was when I dropped my keys by the bed and I pulled out a black stocking left from previous visitors. Overall very disappointed. The cleaning staff was friendly but there are some issues that need to be addressed for sure.

It had a bat smell and you can hear everything in the rooms a lot of noise 😡
