"Zen studios has been always convenient and I hope this time it was just one time situation."

I always stay in Zen Studios since the past year however with the change in the team their service has really gone down. They overcharged my food bills for 3 days and had I not checked it I would have landed up paying Rs. 1000 more. This should never happen and would have never happened with the earlier team of Rahul.

As I said the service has been disspaonting this time to say the least.

Location closed to metro station and Ambient mall Good communication with the staff

Stains and hairs on the bed sheets and the towels A bit expensive for the studio

"Rooms - very good, Location - Okay (traffic on the road), Breakfast - not good"

Rooms - very good, Room size - very good, Facilities in Room - good.

Tea kettle and accessories for making tea were not provided, have to ask for it Breakfast quality and quantity not good. Had to ask for warm / hot bf upon arrival. Hard copy of Inv. - had to insist for it Room was not cleaned once during 02 day stay at the property.
