Everything. It was a great family destination with plenty of activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner of the suite was amazing as well. I would definitely stay here again.

They advertise things that wasnt there. Cost me things I should of hsd. I wouldn't want to stay st that unit again.

The owner was extremely gracious and accommodating on our last minute visit.

Elevator are very busy

I liked the access to the board walk and beach. The room was nice, clean and met the needs of our family.

We were there for a relaxing vacation, I did not anticipate not being able to have a chair at the pool due to people coming down at 7:00am to put towels on chairs and “reserving” them, then going back to their room (which was clearly posted as being against the rules). By 9:00a when my family was ready to go to the pool there wasn’t a chair available, most were unused but had belongings in them, one security guard was enforcing and removing people’s stuff to allow for others to have chairs and when we (6 people in my family) took 2 chairs that the security guard gave to us, approximately 20 minutes later one of the people showed up claiming it was their chair and we were harassed by them the remainder of the time we sat there as they had most of the row “reserved”. It was not relaxing to say the least, not sure if it was overbooked or something the resort needs to enforce more strictly but I’ve never experienced anything like that, the remainder of my trip I sat on side of the pool or walk around until late afternoon when chairs would finally open up. There was not a lot of beach area, the water level is very high and for most of the week did not recede enough to have an enjoyable beach day.

I grew up visiting this hotel often so it was exciting to bring my kids. The hotel was super close to the ocean center is one of the reasons we went. The room was super clean, lots of beach and pool stuff to use and games/puzzles.

Lazy river was empty, sad to see there was no beach really because of the hurricanes which I know isn’t the hotels fault. I feel like they should have a restaurant property
