The breakfast was the BEST, made to order omelette, glass plates, staff to clean up and take care of everything!!!

Bathroom floor needs to be reattached to the floor

Breakfast was good. Made to order omlettes were good. Breakfast staff were friendly and courteous. Shuttle available to Texas Tech and airport. Younger shuttle driver was friendly and personable. Location proximity to Walmart and other places to est.

The front desk staff was not friendly. One staff member told us we couldn't get a printed receipt, we needed to get it from the credit card company. At checkout we were able to get a printed receipt. Bathroom- tub and sink were slow draining. Remote control did not work for tv in room. The hotel did not have a store. Had to go off property for water, snacks etc. Water fountain in atrium area did not work.
