It was the worst of my 15 yrs travel experience

Cleanliness. Worst food. Waste of money.

This place is quite close to city center, from overall experience it was quite good place for get together.

Staff had forgotten to empty bins in the bathroom, some of the toilets weren't clean. Some extra blankets were in closet for pretty long time which made them smell musky. Staff was not cooperative at all, we experienced quite some interferences from them. The morning we were going to check-out, one of the guys from staff came over and knocked our door at 8:30 AM. When I asked him to come over later, he said I will be in kitchen. Which was quite intrusive for us.

We appreciate the cozy habitat and the meticulous way it is furnished.

The housekeeping staffs are rude, when we entered the property a teenager asked us about our marrital status to be permitted entry into the household, it seemed odd to be fired with such a query without a welcome note.

Doing the major renovation activities while the guests are accommodated. They could have stopped bookings for 2/3 days when these works are going on. We literally had to jump from 2/3 steps to get down. And the double room is really an awe for all of us. The second attached room has nothing but a 4x5 bed and no place even to walk. It has common washroom, which is still fine.

Worst stay ever, the room was in very bad condition kitchen was also in bad condition. There was very bad smell all over the place. Very unhygienic. They provided very bad breakfast and the flask was very dirty seemed that was not washed since years. We didn't like anything about this property at all .

The only positive thing is that the place is near the railway station, so it's comparatively easier to get Auto/Taxi.

The room was poorly kept; the bedsheet had stains, and the sofa had dirt. They have a common shower room which wasn't told before. There's just one person handling stuff, so there's always a miscommunication. The food is highly priced & not worth it; I mean, just use Zomato instead. There's a freaking Dog inside which keeps barking. 4.5 K for 2 Nights was an utter waste.

they are not allowed friends group and also not mention that in the description... when we reached there after that they sad that we are not allowed unmarried couples or group of friends...

The service quality and staff beyond expectations. Very hard working polite staff, It was only one night stay we arrived quite late on motorcycles but received a warm welcome and nice warm food, Can't be happier,
