"Pleasant"

The swimming pool but be careful some of the tiles are broken and no caps on the filters in the pool the plastic edges are also brittle. And only two sunbeds.

The family based house is getting refurbished and needs a lot of attention. The staff are helpful but lacking in areas of communication and cleanliness. As it's a family hotel with the owners and children, plus grandad living there some guests may not like this situation.

"Exceptional"

Social project, orphanage with integrated tourism. Wonderful Raji and really great stuff run the small hotel. Dive in Tamil culture, definitely an excellent alternative to one night stay over in Negombo. Do it.
