Llegamos un día más tarde y nos encontramos con un sofá de mala calidad con una colchoneta en vez de una cama tal como indica el anuncio. No nos descontaron el día de menos a pesar del motivo por un retraso ferroviario ajeno a nuestra voluntad. No nos dieron ninguna solución.

There is no Fan sometimes its hot in the evenning

Excellent location, couldn't really think of a better place to be! Middle of the old town and also close to a huge shopping center. Comfortable bed and generally clean. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well equipped. Check in process was smooth and easy. If you come for the Christmas market, it's practically downstairs from here! There were a lot of bars and restaurants nearby but we were not bothered by the sounds of them at night. Amazing breakfast place right across the street! Or you can easily cook your own. Great value for money, ideal for a couple! There was also a couch bed, so could also work for a family.

Bathroom was a little bit outdated, but functional and clean! Beware that there is no elevator, this was no issue to us though.

Excellent location with view on St Mary church! I will recommend it for my friends!

Old worn out kitchen furniture

The apparent is really nice and has all basics you need. Great location and nice view from window.

The WiFi and TV were not working which was a bit disappointing, luckily I only stayed 2 nights so managed on my mobile data.
