Casa con tutte le accortezze necessarie per un breve medio e lungo soggiorno. Dotati di tanti confort e tenuta in ottimo stato di pulizia e coccole al cliente.

La posizione situata vicinissima alla stazione e alla centrale elettrica. Non da disturbo ma non è in posizione eccezionale.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito e fornito di tutto! Molto carino.Buona posizione, vicina al centro e alle spiaggie. Anche se vicino alla stazione non si è disturbati dal transito dei treni.L'host Claudio è premuroso, disponibile e sempre presente. Se tornassimo sicuramente faremo riferimento qui!

"Appartamento perfetto per una coppia, ci tornerei."

Appartamento pulito, con tutto il necessario, bagno ristrutturato da poco come tutto l'appartamento, mobili antichi ben inseriti nell'arredamento, aria condizionata, lavatrice e lavapiatti. Non vicinissimo al centro ma a piedi, con il sottopassaggio della stazione, in 5 minuti ci si arriva. Treni in sottofondo, come spesso in Liguria, ma non fastidiosi. Claudio gentilissimo.

Uitermate vriendelijke gastheer. Het was voor ons een ongeplande overnachting. We waren namelijk gestrand vanwege treinstakingen. Claudio heeft op stel en sprong (s avonds laat) het appartement in orde gemaakt. Zeer behulpzaam in het meedenken over het vervolg van onze reis. Toen de volgende ochtend vroeg plotseling toch een trein reed naar onze bestemming hadden we geen tijd meer om te betalen. Ook hiervoor alle begrip bij Claudio en via een bankoverschrijving is alles later die dag in orde gemaakt. Dankzij hem is ondanks de dramatische heenreis onze vakantie toch nog goed begonnen.
