Ivanhoe Hotel (A Heritage Property)

I loved the periodic mid 19th century British feel of the place. The staff were amazing and really kept you supported throughout your stay. Nothing was an issue and Anna and her team were brilliant in helping out. Though it was cold there were a number of heaters.

It could do with just a bit of TLC, maybe a lick of paint and a bit of maintenance in the shower.

少し早く着いてしまったが、部屋に入れてくれた。早く着いた際に朝食をサービスしてくれて感激。女将さん、スタッフが皆親切でフレンドリー。場所はヘリテージエリアで、比較的静か。ダージリンモールやカンチェンジュンガのビューポイントに近い。

ホテルとは関係がないが、夜中に到着したお客さんがとてもうるさかった。

the location was good. rooms were spic and span....Extremely courteous staff with excellent service round the clock. Infact we had a vehicle breakdown situation so this gentleman went out of the way to help us out in the best possible way. would definitely recommend this place at all my friends... Must visit.

We arrived in this beautiful property right on the Mall road, very convenient location, easy walk through. The property has an old English architecture with gorgeous interiors & outdoor settings, takes us back to English cottage style with fireplace and spacious rooms. Impressed to know the history associated with this heritage property. It also has an extra space for dressing. Very quick service and staffs were very welcoming. Food quality was very good and good in quantity. Manager Rupam Dey was very helpful and always smiling. He took good care of us. Overall we had a very good stay in this lovely property.

Liked the location of the hotel. It is walking distance from the Mall. The staff is very courteous, helpful and pleasant. The value for the money you pay is great 😃

The furniture and bathroom amenities are good but don't expect same facilities as 5 star Well you are not paying 5 star price so it is tolerable

the rooms were spacious and we had heated blankets to ward off the cold. The staff, especially Nirmala and Rupam, were extremely accommodating of our requests, and overall, we had a comfortable stay. the location is excellent.

the ground floor rooms don't have any view, so be prepared for that. however, the observatory hill is pretty close.

Friendly & helpful senior staff. Juniors yet to get trained well. Elegance and style maintained. The property is well located and very close to Mall Road and the viewing point at Darjeeling. Best is you can feel the care taken.

The property is small though very comfortable.

We booked this hotel for its heritage and its connection to various historical figures. What we hadn't counted on was such a warm welcome. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and when we were asked what we would like for breakfast on the evening before, we requested some things that weren't on their breakfast menu (We hadn't seen it at that point)and they went out and bought them specially. We honestly cannot wait to visit again.
