One bed flat close to Exeter centre

The apartment is wonderful, very close to the center 10 minutes walking, very clean, has everything you need inside, washing machine, a very comfortable bed that makes you relax well, because it is a very quiet place! The owner Annalisa was very kind too, so I recommend this apartment to everyone!

Very cozy place to stay, and super close to the city centre to get things.

There is parking, a kitchen, everything you need.

One Huge minus is the apartments are located underground!!!!! The apartments are on the -1 floor, I felt like a Mole.... There is no sun no viewing at all... when it's rains it is impossible to go out, full off water near door.... Overall the apartments are not bad! There is parking, a kitchen, everything you need....But it's Underground 🤦

Thought the settee converted into a bed settee

The flat was really clean and well equipped. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The location was great, a short walk into the city and with plenty of amenities close by. An ideal and lovely place to stay.

There was nothing wrong with the flat at all.

It was a lovely clean apartment with everything we needed.

Being downstairs, there was an occasional damp smell and the stairs were a little slippery.

Nice quiet basement flat with attention to detail on decoration and appliances to make your stay comfortable. Allocated parking is a bonus in Exeter. I was so impressed with the flat that I extended my stay.

There is nothing to dislike to report.

Perfect location and value for money

Neighbours upstairs were like elephants partying! The triple wardrobe could be changed to a double or even a single wardrobe to give more room getting in and out of bed!!
